We take pride in our craftsmanship, but please note that as natural products, there may be slight variations in wood grain, color, and texture that make each piece unique.

Product images on our site are for illustrative purposes, and actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

Order Process: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship your items.

Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order.

Shipping:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
• We ship worldwide excluding Asia and some remote regions

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Return Window: Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items (e.g., specific Church Birdhouses or Vintage-Rustic pieces with custom engraving)
• Used or installed products (e.g., Bird Baths that have been set up and filled with water)
• Clearance items or products marked “Final Sale”

Return Process:

2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Ship the item with tracking (you are responsible for return shipping costs)
4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We happily exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for how birds or wildlife interact with our products once installed. Proper placement and maintenance of birdhouses, feeders, and baths are the responsibility of the customer.
