Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please Note: Due to the nature of certain personalized, intimate, or seasonal items, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., specific Church Birdhouses or Vintage-Rustic pieces with custom engraving)
  • Any used or installed products (e.g., a Bird Bath that has been set up and filled with water)
  • Clearance items or products marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure you provide all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back to us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly send a replacement or correct the order at no extra cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged product or the incorrect item received.
